160, WHAT.

I've been told (thankfully, by people outside of my family) that I look like I've lost weight, but even though I've reached that kind of number now, I still can't see it. I know I've gotten smaller, since smaller* clothing sizes fit me better now, but I just can't see it.

And that is quite alarming to me.

But in all seriousness here, giving up a lot of things wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be.

Replacing pop (and fruit juice, for that matter) with water, and cutting out salt was seriously a cinch. I just... stopped. I mean, I have one diet Coke at lunch at work, for the caffeine, but otherwise, I don't drink it at home at all anymore.

I don't eat many sweets anymore... now it's December so my advent calendar chocolate, but besides that, nothing, and it doesn't bother me. Snacks are more or less gone too. I'll have a small bowl of chips (baked) whenever's there's an "event" on tv, but that's it.

Eating out doesn't happen so much to begin with, but now when I go to a restaurant I'm much more likely to order some sort of salad, or at least a course that's small, and without some sort of side. I'm finding myself getting full much quicker than I used to, so that helps.

Besides that, chipped a bit of my tooth off at work the other day. It had already had a little crack in it, and whenever I ate or chewed gum I could feel it moving around, and it finally broke off. It was in a bit of a weird place, since now if I eat on that side (left), bits are likely to get stuck in the hole made, but it's not so bad.

* using the term incredibly loosely here, people.
