meo_chanSo, went and hung out with Nate today. Was fun! Watched a bunch of stuff, overall pretty good! Started off with Kung Fu Hustle, which I'd never seen and he swore was hilarious, so yeah, why not? I... yeah. Didn't think it was that good. Some funny parts, but overall not really impressed. Oops?
Next up, Neon Genesis Evangelion: You Can (Not) Advance, which was awesome! YAY~! In English though, which seems so unnatural to me. Anyway, still enjoyed it. Um, is Mari not the coolest ever?!?! Like seriously. Asuka is (and forever will be) my favorite but man, that girl! YESSS
After that watched two episodes of XXXHolic, which I'd been told about by both Jackie and him, but never bothered to check out. Because I am lazy? Anyway, it was kinda interesting. Honeslty don't know if it's something I'd pursue actively. HM.
NEXT! Blues Brothers! I'd never seen this whole movie, only like one scene. Because I am super lame? So yeah, we're watching, and it's coming up on the end of the movie, around 2AM now, and don't I just feel like biggest bitch on the planet. He's so freaking tired he's falling asleep, and then I gotta call dad to pick me up, and he was sleeping too, since it was a little later than I'd planned to be out. I mean, if it had been any other day, I'd have just stayed there, no problem, that'd all have been avoided. But why? WHY? Because today, today, of all days, I'm surfing the crimson wave. So yeah, thanks for that, universe. Very funny.
