Some things got changed around at work, I'm now on-call. So that kinda sucks! A bunch of people were moved to day shift too, so yeah. I don't know how long this is going to last, but I hope it's not for a long time.

Anyway! I went ahead and got an account on Dreamwidth, with the same username. All my entries have been transferred over, and I've been working on the layout. I think it's probably as close as I'm gonna get it to be the same as this one. Sigh. I don't think I'm going to be moving there permanently, but you never know. It's basically the same as LJ, and man! The basic account gets 15 userpics, and I seriously love that.

Nights like this, I really wish I was working. It's such a good distraction.

I keep going over things in my mind and getting depressed, even though I really have nothing to complain about, only little, superficial things... compared to everyone else, my life is just so insignificant.

Things that might not even be true, things that would probably never even happen...

I feel so overwhelmed by everything.

My couch is here! Actually, it was here yesterday, and I only posted about it on FB. Because I'm a terrible person.

ANYWAY. It's totally awesome and fits perfectly without being overbearing, and Dakota is so confused about it, hahaha.

Man, I had a strange dream!

I was working in some kind of accessory store (like a Claire's or something), but we also sold beer I think? Everyone in the store was drinking Guinness. It was weird though, I mean, all the Guinness came out of a tin. You know those tins of iced tea powder that you mix with water? That what it was. I remember that detail so specifically, it's weird.

Been kinda rearranging my room a little bit. Moving stuff, re-sorting stuff... I really should go through my boxes and things, but... meh. It all stays in the closet anyway so whatever. Maybe some other time.

But anyway, might do some big changes, I dunno. I want to repaint my dresser, though, for sure. It's still painted to match my room in the old house, so yeah. Gotta change that.

I'm just so bored.

So, went out to the movies with Nate tonight, saw Cowboys & Aliens, which was... eh. It was ok. Entertaining at least. I think the best part of the movie was when he took the peyote. Other than that, meh. Also! Greatly disappointed in the severe lack of beards, I must say!

After that went to Boston Pizza and split a pierogi pizza. It was pretty good! Kinda spicy and was covered in scallions (and apparently, I'm the only one who calls them that? Green onions, whatever). But yeah, was good. Apparently my eating technique is amusing, too? He watched me eat for a while, because about halfway through or so, what I'd do was take tiny bites then look at the pizza to check for any scallions that were in it. Yeah. Weirdo! At least try and be subtle, jeez!

Hung out for a bit, which turned out to be a while, by the time we actually checked it ended up being about 2:15. Oops! So yeah, home now. He'd mentioned a convention... next weekend or so? whatever, but I don't think so. Large crowds? HAHA NO THANKS. But anyway, yeah. Was a good night.

Went up to the Wolf's Den today! I felt like shooting the last couple days, so I went up with dad and got myself a new compound bow! I hadn't done it since... high school? A while ago anyway, but it was fun! Hard to get used to, since I'm actually left handed for shooting bows (since my left eye is dominant) but it was good. I'm a little rusty, naturally, but I still get pretty good groupings. So yay! Gonna try and go out to the archery range there a couple times with dad sometime.

Bruised my arm though, because of my weird inverted elbows. Boo. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.

Anyway~ taking the boat up to Lake Muskoka tomorrow for the day, just gonna drive around at look at the fancy expensive celebrity cottages on the lake. Woo!

Went out to the movies with Nate tonight, just got back. Ohoho~ staying out late, I'm becoming such an adult. LOL

Anyway. Went to see X-Men: First Class, which was quite good! I enjoyed it! Was a little Wolverine cameo, which was excellent. It was full of subtitles too! Foreign languages, joy of joys!! After that we went downtown to eat but couldn't really find a good place, so we got a pizza and went to his house to watch more movies. Only ended up watching one: Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.

I'd been putting off seeing that since I wasn't really into the comics and I'm not at all a fan of Michael Cera, but it was good. At that point it was like 1:30-ish I think? So I called dad to come pick me up and here I am. Nate had actually brought up the point that I could crash there for the night, but that would be totally weird. Wouldn't it? Am I so totally socially inept (yes) that this is a normal thing and I don't even realize it? I really, honestly, have no idea. Even if it is some kind of standard practice, I don't think I could ever so such a thing. Maybe I'm being rude or something hahaha

ANYWAY, yeah. Good times. Borrowed some comics off him (Preacher), which he had been talking about, so I figured I'd read it. Might be good, and if not, I only have 4 of the TPBs so I'm not totally invested if I don't end up liking it.

[Error: unknown template qotd]When I was a kid I collected beer caps. I don't know when exactly it started, but I probably found a funky/unusual one and kept going from there. I stopped collecting them, though I still have them all. XD

Now, I collect foreign money. I just love different currencies! :D
