So I started watching The Bachelor for some reason, and seriously, this show fills me with murderous rage. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The guy is an absolute moron and all the girls look the same and are well mental.

And this show has been going on for A LONG TIME. I cannot, cannot believe that it is really as popular as it is. All are the women from every season like these ones? Is this really the average? Is that seriously what it takes to find someone to be in a relationship with?!

If that's really the case, I mean really, then I'm glad I'm not crazy and on the fast track to spinsterdom. Holy mackerel.

Lazy sunday today, grandpa came over for dinner so I just kinda sat around downstairs most of the day. Watched some Doctor Who (though I'm still not big on Matt Smith, still), and then Shaun of the Dead. Yay! Besides that, nothing exciting happened.

It's so freaking cold though, I'm feeling totally sickly and blah. Not fun. I guess that's it. I just felt like updating?

So. I've seriously fallen off my diet, exercise-wise, but I think I'll start up again, just like every thursday. Starting next week obviously, not from today (or yesterday, whatever).

I mean, since it's spring now dad & Kyle are in their golf league, which is thursdays, so I don't have to really worry about it too much. It's just convenient, and even though it'll just be once a week, it'll be something.

Anyway. Royal wedding! Who cares. Mom's watching it but I'm so whatever. XD

The Beijing Chinese New Year Gala is on now yaaay!

Goooood I'm so freaking tired. I've been having to wake up early the last couple weeks since we're expecting deliveries, but the stupid guy hasn't been coming. Anyway, found out today that the stuff's been delayed, so thank god I can get some sleep. D:

There's some good from waking up early though, I get to watch Star Trek! I'm all joy joy since I usually sleep past it, so I actually get to watch some episodes. Today though I was so tired I ended up passing out through most of it, and derp, it was The Menagerie pt.1, so that sucks. Don't remember most of it, except one point I kinda woke up and looked at the tv and it was just a close up of Pike. XD Part 2 is on tomorrow, but there's not much point in watching it since I basically missed the first part.

Normally it wouldn't be much of a problem, but for some reason the Space channel doesn't repeat Star Trek episodes later in the day, even though it repeats episodes of Stargate Atlantis and ST:Deep Space Nine (and probably some other stuff but I dont care). :/

Also: going to the bank friday since I got that new chip card or whatever and I need to activate it, so I'm probably going to buy HeartGold/SoulSilver too. I'm not sure which one yet... I guess it doesn't matter too much since I had both versions originally. I think it's gonna come down to which copy is actually in stock.

Went out and activated my new bank card, then went to EBGames AND Wal-Mart, and Pokemon was totally sold out. So I'll just have to wait a week or two until the hype dies down, then go and buy it. It's cheap, too! EBGames had it priced at like $34.99 or something. 8D

It's not much of a big deal anyway, since I'm still working on getting shiny Growlithe in my Diamond game.

The memorial show was pretty fantastic. All the great singers and stories and when Paris spoke omigod. ;_; The whole thing was just so well done.

Ahh, there aren't many cartoon characters I find disturbing, actually, but... Judge Doom is the worst for sure. ;_; Let's see... other than him, Oogie Boogie from TNBC scared me as a kid, and those claymation dancing raisins from those old commercials were pretty creepy.

OMIGOD! Watching this super cool new show with dad, it's called Deadliest Warrior. Basically, it's a combat-type show, where they're taking historical warriors and researching their weapons/armor/etc and pitting them against eachother to see who is the greatest.

It's so freaking cool, they have like, weapons experts who do examples to show how much damage the actual weapon can do, like on bone and full-scale model human bodies and stuff.

IT. IS. AWESOME.

Also: Freaking Philadelphia lost against Pittsburgh? WHAT THE HELL, GUYS.

Man, I hate it when programing gets messed up. It said on the guide that boxing is supposed to be on, but instead it's that stupid Big Love show. Damn HBO. >:(

ANYWAY. M*A*S*H marathon on tomorrow, yay! I'll be waking up a 10 for that. It's all "fan favourites", so it should be good.

There was something else I wanted to mention, but I guess not. I dunno, maybe I'll buy myself a really good Japanese dictionary. Just so I can figure some stuff out.

Ok, so I just read this news story, ok, and maybe I'm just insane, but two major things bother me about it.

1. Why are the parents not making/decorating the cake themselves, and
2. The man is a Holocaust denier, yet he names his kid Adolf Hitler? 1 + 1 is not equaling 2 here, people.

Anyway. Of course it was all done to get a reaction, but seriously... ugh, whatever.
