Groovin' to the light through the night!

meo_chanBefore I start anything... HAPPEH HALLOWEEN~!!! :D
Now onto the actual subject matter. I went up to my cottage this weekend!! Yay! I haven't been up there in so long, and I really love it there. I went up with my Aunt Barb and Uncle Al, because it was Aunt Barb's birthday today, so a bunch of people went up to celebrate. When we got there, my Uncle Nick and Aunt Manon was already there with their three dogs; Jazz, Chloe, and Natasha. We all did our catching up and stuff, and about an hour later Nick's friend from work and his wife came up with their dog. I can't remember his name, but his wife's name was Brenda, and the dog was named Bandit. Since the rest of the people weren't going to be showing up for a while, we did what was natural... we broke out the booze! I had three bottles of this really yummy "Orange Creme Vodka Coolers", and another drink that Manon mixed for me that had Vodka, cream soda, and cranberry juice in it, and that was really good too! At about 6 we ate a huge pot roast dinner that Manon made that was uber-delicious. After dinner, everyone drank some more, and at about 8 or 9, Uncle Pete, Aunt Anna, Helen, and Mandy showed up. Wouldn't you know it, Uncle Pete brought this HUGE ham with him, so now we were packed with food. And, Helen brought Tequila! So everyone was doing Tequila shots, but we didn't have shot glasses, so we just did it out of little dixie cups! Hehe. Then we all just partied until like, 3am. Dancing, and singing, and drinking some more. It was muchos fun. Then I crashed on the couch, cause my head was pounding, and all the bedrooms were taken. YA. The next day I woke up at about 12, and had breakfast that Uncle Pete made. It was scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, cheese, and mushrooms mixed in, but I don't like mushrooms, so I had to pick them out. But that's ok, cause there wasn't that many in there anyway. After breakfast I went down the the dock with some bread and feed the ducks. Holy crap, there was a lot of ducks there. Must've been around 20, I swear. A couple of them were fighting, haha. Since I ran out of bread, I went back into the cottage, and I ate some of the leftover potatoes from the roast. It was about 2:30 then, and Uncle Nick, Manon, Nick's friend, and his wife had to leave, because they were working later that day. Uncle Pete and Aunt Anna left like, 10 minutes later too. About an hour later, Mark, Faye, and Meghan showed up. Yay! Meghan is 15 years old, a year younger than me, but we always have so much fun together. We did a lot of talking, cause we hardly ever see eachother. I've never talked so much in my whole life, but it was nice catching up with Meghan. Yup! Everything that night was pretty much the same as the night before, dancing, singing, and drinking, although less drinking for Meghan and me. OOH! Meghan got a new puppy! It was so cute! Her name is Gizzmo. :D After the partying quieted down a bit, we played with Gizzmo, and went to feed the ducks. There wasn't that many cause it was dark, but there was still a good bunch. It started raining, so we went back up into the cottage and snacked on chips and chocolate. We did some more talking after that, then it was about 1am, so we went to sleep. Woke up the next day around 9, and Meghan woke up about half an hour later. We did a lot more snacking, and Aunt Barb made breakfast sausages and scrambled eggs. At about 11, my mom showed up! (unexpectedly) to wish Aunt Barb happy birthday, and to pick me up. We stayed for about 20 more minutes, and then we packed up my stuff into the car, said goodbye to everyone that was still there, and then we left. 3 hours later, I'm home! Yay! And that was my weekend! Exciting, yes? :D Now, I'm sitting in my room with Zoro, because all the kids are out trick-or-treating, and if Zoro is anywhere downstairs, we will freak out. Well, that's it for now, cause my fingers hurt. *sigh*
